  • Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or holidays.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Times

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
  • Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
    • Express Shipping: 1-3 business days 
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs clearance for international orders.

International Shipping

  • We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please check availability at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us at info@okkyoapparel.com with your order details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processes.

Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

 Changes to Shipping Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Address changes after an order has been placed may not be possible.
